Client intake software

Client intake questions, answered plainly

What firms ask before they put the agent on their site and their line.

Is this intake software or a chatbot?

Both, in the sense that matters: it lives where a chatbot lives, in the corner of every page, and it does what intake software does, runs your questionnaire and produces a structured file. What it is not is a script that answers FAQs and hands you a transcript.

Does the AI give legal advice?

No. It never evaluates a case, never states a deadline to the claimant and never promises an outcome. It collects and flags; your team decides.

Can it talk, or only type?

Both, and it answers the phone. A visitor can speak to it in the browser and hear it answer, or type, and a caller who reaches your line after four rings, or a number we provision, gets the same agent with the same questions. It follows the language the person opened with.

How do leads reach my team?

As an intake file by email, with the conversation attached, and into your CRM or case management where connected: Lead Docket, Litify, Salesforce and others. Routing rules decide the owner; urgent files page someone.

How long does setup take?

The agent goes on the site with one script tag. The work is in your questionnaire and routing rules, which we set up with you on the walkthrough and the sessions after it.

What makes it different from a legal chatbot?

A legal chatbot lives on the website and collects contact details. Workup Agent answers the phone as well as the site, runs the whole intake with your acceptance criteria, verifies the lead and routes a finished file into your CRM. It is sold as one flat monthly plan, not per seat.

Does it use our existing phone number?

Yes. Your phone system forwards unanswered or after-hours calls to Workup Agent's number, so nothing changes for callers or for your team when they do pick up. Or we provision a number that Workup Agent answers first.

How is it priced compared with an answering service?

Answering services are usually sold per minute or per call, in blocks, with a premium for nights and weekends. Workup Agent is quoted as a flat monthly plan rather than per call or per minute, so the cost does not rise with a busy month. Ask for the current plans on the walkthrough.

Can I hear it before committing to anything?

Yes. Call Pandoodle, our own AI receptionist, on (609) 834-3127, text it on (609) 945-6884, or call the Micronetbd office on (609) 435-1960 and let it ring past four rings. The same agent, with your name and your rules, is what goes on your line.
